We care about quality:
We are a licensed nursery with the state of Oregon., and our dahlia plants and tubers have been inspected by the Oregon Department of Agriculture (ODA) prior to shipment. We have passed our inspection and will be including a verification label with your order. We take virus protection very seriously and go to great lengths to keep our stock as healthy as possible. We examine our plants closely, and cull anything suspicious. We follow robust sanitization practices between every plant, every time. This includes cutting flowers, taking down plants in the fall, and during tuber division.

We are selling single tubers, not clumps. All tubers have been carefully inspected for viable eyes, but please note that tubers come in all shapes and sizes. Some are ugly, twisted, or small. This does not affect their viability. Tubers that start out as small and ugly still produce healthy plants and beautiful blooms.

Refund Policy:
We appreciate your patronage and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee you will receive a viable tuber true to variety, with an eye and healthy neck. Upon arrival please open package immediately to inspect your order. If tubers or rooted cuttings are damaged please email us within 24 hrs. of arrival with a photo of the damaged plant or tuber so that we can remedy the problem quickly.
